The temple of speed will kick off the 2025 season of the Ferrari Challenge Europe, a championship dedicated to the Ferrari 296 Challenge. Gilles Renmans will take part in the competition with the Francorchamps Motors Brussels team, aided by the management of Double TT Racing and DAV Racing. He will compete in the Trofeo Pirelli.
The Ferrari Challenge Europe will consist of eight races. It will start from the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza on March 30th, then reach the Adriatic coast with the Misano circuit Marco Simoncelli on April 13th. It will then fly to central Europe with the German stage at Hockenheim on May 25th and the Czech stage at Brno on June 8th.
The summer part of the championship will conclude in Spain, first racing at the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia on June 29th and then at the Barcelona circuit on July 20th. Renmans will face his home race on September 21st at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, while the championship will end on October 28th at the Mugello international circuit.
The 23-year-old Belgian knows the Lombard circuit well, having raced in the Italian GT Championship last year, also securing a pole position, and is therefore ready for the 30-minute race that awaits him next weekend.
